From "Brother" to Bodi — A Factory Built on Trust and Transparency
The name "Bodi" comes from "Brother" — because that's how we see every partner who walks through our doors. In 2016, our founders saw an opportunity: China's automotive market was booming, lubricant demand was surging, yet the industry was plagued by a fundamental problem — opacity. Factories hid their formulas. Suppliers swapped materials after samples were approved. Buyers had no way to verify what was actually in the drum.
We built Bodi to be the opposite. Our founding principle was simple: create an open factory where every partner can participate, verify, and profit together. No hidden formulas. No bait-and-switch. No mystery ingredients.

Led by a Formulator, Not a Businessman
Our founder entered the lubricant industry in 1996 — straight out of university, directly into factory production. For 30 years he has worked exclusively in lubricant formulation and manufacturing. Not in sales. Not in trading. In the lab and on the production floor.

We offer full custom brand packaging — your design, your identity — with multi-language labels (EN, ES, AR, FR, PT, and more). From formulation to finished, branded drums, we run it as one stop and have produced for partner brands including Nick, Zhongwei, Bosuo, Sobo and Rundong.

Raw material receipt
Base oil tested on arrival (viscosity, purity). Rejected if below spec — no exceptions.

Formula confirmation & blending
Production receives the confirmed formula from engineering and blends to precise, documented proportions, with temperature and mixing time controlled.

Sampling & testing
A sample is taken from every batch and fully tested in our lab; results are reviewed by a senior engineer.

Approval
All parameters pass → approved for packaging. Any parameter fails → the batch is reformulated and retested.

Packaging, labeling & COA
Filled, sealed and labeled per client specs with a traceable lot number; a Certificate of Analysis is generated and ships with every order.

There are only four major additive suppliers in the world. Every lubricant brand — Shell, Mobil, Castrol, and Bodi — uses additives from these same companies. The difference is in base-oil selection and formulation expertise.
